Tell us a little bit about yourself and U.S. Holidays'
website.
DM: Floridian Marketing Ltd is a design and marketing
company responsible for the online marketing and development
of U.S Holidays of Central Florida. This site is really a clearing house for people who
want to rent or buy their dream house in and around Orlando
through U.S. Holidays. They provide a wide variety of
services, including mortgage and property management. Really
anything a client needs.

How long have you been in the business?
DM: I've been in this business for over six years now.
After spending 12 years in publishing and media, I had
worked very closely with real estate agents, builders, tour
operators and villa homeowners. Floridian Marketing Ltd seemed like a natural
way to keep working with all these different people. Apart
from U.S Holidays, Floridian Marketing is now supplying
internet and new media solutions throughout the industry.

You mentioned that this site is a clearinghouse. Can you
describe all the services U.S. Holidays provide in more detail?
DM: U.S Holidays, the owners of the site, focus on villa rentals, but since there are so
many other related industries and services that are needed, we
have assisted them to diversify their services to also include
cruises, incentive group travel, vacation home sales for
investors, mortgage services, immigration services, property
management, commercial property & business sales, discount
attraction tickets and car rentals. You'll notice on the Web site,
we've introduced a lot of different kinds of information to
help
clients, including a page with great advice to help
people own their own home.

What are the most important questions customers need to ask to
get what they want? And what questions do you ask them?
DM: U.S Holidays work on the principle of supplying
properties and packages to fit a specific budget. The first
question is always "What is your budget?" This answer combined
with other requirements allows U.S Holidays to supply an affordable
product to the customer. Customers should always ask us about
price, exact location and size. They should also know that U.S
Holidays
provide 24-hour customer service.

What's the coolest property you've sold through the internet?
DM: The coolest property we have sold is in Philips
Landing in the southwest Orlando area, which features a 2000
sq/ft natural lake, white sandy shores, a secure gated area, and
is 10 minutes from downtown Orlando & Disney. From a
rental standpoint, we have had many guests stay at Emerald
Island, which features the hottest and coolest rental
properties in the area.

What about the future of U.S Holidays' internet strategies?
DM: We are very excited about the future. U.S. Holidays'
web presence
is going from strength to strength with many satisfied
customers. Floridian Marketing implemented the live online
search and reservation system for them and now we are working on some excellent new U.S Holidays products which will
come online in the near future under new brand names to
provide
a comprehensive source of information on purchasing
real-estate with detailed advise and financial information. usholiday.net will bring online hotels and travel products
throughout the United States, The Caribbean, The Bahamas and
Mexico. Watch this space!

Anything else you'd like to add?
DM: Just that the internet has helped U.S. Holidays to
become one of the few companies that
operates all services that a foreign investor or vacation
guest is looking for under one roof. Floridian Marketing has
put U.S. Holidays on the 'global' map. They now enjoy
customers from all corners of the world!
